Millie Bartlett
Millie began her hairdressing journey with a Saturday job while still at school and quickly discovered a natural flair for styling and colour. After completing her Level 1, 2 and 3 qualifications, she progressed through her apprenticeship and has continued building an exciting career ever since. Her experience includes working at London and New York Fashion Week, volunteering at London Pride, and travelling to Boston with Living Proof.
Millie specialises in colour and cutting, while also loving blow dries and hair ups. Clients value her honest approach, wearable results and ability to create beautiful looks that feel both achievable and maintainable at home. She is passionate about creating colour that enhances natural features while remaining practical for everyday life.
Warm, approachable and thorough, Millie believes every great result begins with a detailed consultation. She takes time to understand both the client and their hair, offering clear guidance and realistic advice to ensure the final result feels effortless and beautifully considered.
When you sit in her chair, you can expect to feel listened to, comfortable and confidently guided every step of the way.
Bayley Bergman
Bayley has been part of the Teresa Weller Hair Art team for over three years, developing his craft through a combination of in-salon training with Teresa Weller and college-based education. After completing his NVQ Level 3 Advanced qualification, Bayley is now a fully qualified stylist on the salon floor, offering everything from creative cuts and bouncy blowdries to colour transformations and professional hair extensions.
His journey into hairdressing began at a young age, assisting his auntie and quickly falling in love with the energy of the salon environment. Since then, he has trained closely under Teresa Weller, one of the most experienced stylists in the industry, alongside specialist education with Revlon Professional, with a strong focus on colour theory and technical development.
In 2025, Bayley was selected as one of just five national finalists in the Revlon Colour Genius Awards, recognising his growing talent and creativity in colour work.
Bayley’s passion lies in creating personalised results that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed, particularly when it comes to dramatic colour changes and layered, movement-filled styles. He is currently building his clientele and brings fresh energy, dedication, and genuine care to every appointment.
Lorraine Jepson
From the age of 12, growing up in Jamaica, Lorraine discovered her love for hairdressing after realising her mum wasn’t the best at doing her hair. By 15, she was already studying hairdressing alongside her other school subjects, and she hasn’t looked back since.
Specialising in cutting, hair extensions and styling, she loves the transformation process—especially capturing before and after photos that show off her clients’ new looks.
Her patience and care mean clients always leave satisfied and feeling their best.
For Lorraine, the highlights of salon life are meeting new people, learning from others, and creating styles that are as colourful and vibrant as her imagination.
She’s always ready with advice on how clients can maintain their hair between appointments, ensuring they keep that “just-left-the-salon” feeling for longer.
Lucie Westbrook
Lucie’s journey into hairdressing began right here in the salon, where being immersed in the energy and creativity of the team sparked her passion for the industry.
She thrives in the supportive, close-knit environment and loves that each day brings a new opportunity to learn and grow.
Currently honing her blow-dry and smoothing techniques, Lucie is eager to expand her skills into a variety of blow-dry styles and continuing her education in the salon to expand to other services.
With a background in media, she also enjoys filming and editing behind-the-scenes content — so you might spot her capturing the magic in action!
CJ Taiwo
CJ has a strong interest in fashion and beauty and joined the salon to build hands-on experience while learning all aspects of hairdressing. She is particularly excited to develop her cutting and styling skills, and loves the idea of helping people feel confident through their hair.
Known for her fun, friendly personality, CJ enjoys welcoming clients at reception and making sure everyone feels comfortable and looked after from the moment they arrive. Outside of the salon, she loves shopping with friends and experimenting with makeup.
Zoe Jennings
Zoe is currently studying Media Hair and Makeup at Guildford College and has already developed a strong passion for hairdressing. She loves expressing her creativity and regularly competes in hair and makeup competitions across Surrey, where she enjoys showcasing her work and refining her skills.
Motivated and eager to grow within the industry, Zoe joined the team to gain hands on salon experience while continuing to build her technical ability and confidence. She is excited to keep learning, developing her creativity and progressing her career in hair.
Jeffrey Euen-Gow
Blink and you might miss him. Jeff is very much the force behind the scenes, quietly keeping everything moving and making sure the salon runs exactly as it should.
You are more likely to meet Jeff over email or on the phone, though every now and then he makes a brief appearance in the salon itself.
What matters most is this: if something needs organising, solving or refining, Jeff is already on it.
Juan Lopez Alvarez
Juan is a highly accomplished makeup artist known for his refined eye for colour, flawless application and ability to enhance natural beauty while celebrating individuality. His work blends artistry with precision, ensuring every client feels confident, elevated and entirely themselves.
As Founder and Director of Education at Seventa Makeup Academy, Juan has channelled his extensive industry experience into creating and delivering advanced professional training. He has also played a key role in the growth and development of leading beauty brands including Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, Charlotte Tilbury and Floral Street, designing education programmes and leading teams at a managerial level.
Alongside his academy work, Juan freelances as Colour Maestro for Code 8 Beauty, where he created the Colour ID Lab experience and developed lipstick shades showcased at London Fashion Week when Code 8 Beauty was Official Makeup Partner.
Having worked alongside Teresa on countless weddings, six years at Pride in London and with a number of high profile clients, Juan is Teresa’s go to makeup artist.
